The License Agreement.

This agreement is a legal agreement between You and This agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. All rights not granted to you in this agreement are reserved to

a. You: The licensee.
b. Software: TheArcadeScript and any related or associated files, data, documentation, updates, license keys, databases, script modifications, and any other derivative works thereof.
c. Delegates of TheArcadeScript (the Software).
d. Modification, Modifications: A new feature or addition to the Software which in some way modifies the original source code of the Software.
e. Template, Templates: A skin/template/theme for the Software. This only includes the files within the /templates folder of the Software.
f. Website: Your website utilizing the Software.

a. You are freely allowed, without any form of payment to, to use the Software for the purpose of running a website.
b. You are allowed to run as many copies of the Software as You wish to do so. The purpose of the Software is to be a free, simple website.

a. Letters C, D, E, and F of the "Modification" section do not apply if You have purchased the copyright removal package from
b. Letter A of the "Modification" section only applies on a per domain basis. You must purchase the copyright removal package from for each domain that you wish to remove the notice from.
c. You are not allowed, in any way, to remove, hide, make unreadable, or alter the "Powered by TheArcadeScript" text and link from the footer of your website using the Software. This text and link is what partially allows to give You the right to freely use the Software without charge.
d. You may translate "Powered by" into a foreign language as long as the meaning is not changed, but You may not change the "TheArcadeScript" text.
e. Any Templates You create to use with the Software must include the "Powered by TheArcadeScript" text and link (as well as not violate Letter B of the Modification section).
f. In the event that You violate Letters B, C, or D of Modifications section, you will not receive any form of support from
g. You are allowed to modify the Software for your own personal use that is not in any way not prohibited by this license.

a. You may not charge for, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software or copies of the Software.
b. You may not distribute complete copies of the Software, either in modified or unmodified forms, without prior written permission from
c. You may not engage in any illegal activity while You are a user of the Software.
d. Violations to Letters A, B, or C of the "Restrictions" section terminates your license to use the Software.

a. The "Exceptions" section supersedes any prior sections or understandings of this agreement that it may come in conflict with. Its intent is to allow creativity not be hindered and to allow fair commerce to occur.
b. You may create Modifications to the Software and distribute them; either for profit or not for profit. This exception only covers the Modification itself and not the Software.
c. You may create Templates for the Software and distribute them; either for profit or not for profit. This exception only covers the Template itself and not the Software.

a. If needed, You may transfer your Website to a new owner freely. A transfer resulting from new Website ownership does not imply distribution; therefore it is allowed.
b. If you have purchased the copyright removal package the Website in Letter A of the "Transfers" section, that is also transferred on to the new owner of the Website and you do not retain that right.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. The Software comes "as is" and without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

License Modification reserves the right to modify the license agreement at any time. If you do not agree with the changes in the license agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate this agreement as outlined in the "Termination" section of this agreement.

Either party has the right to terminate this agreement. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any copies of the Software and any derivative works thereof.

If you are found to be in violation of this agreement, you will be punished to the maximum extent of possible law and your license to use the Software, Modifications, or Templates will be terminated. All forms of support for the Software from will also be terminated, no matter if You have a prior agreement with
